A well-established, mission-driven nonprofit organization in the Pasadena area is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, providing support in employee relations, labor relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist looking to advance into an HRBP role with greater strategic responsibility.
